Adds NotificationProvider with WebSocket connection, NotificationBell in Navbar with unread count badge, mark-as-read/mark-all-read/clear functionality, auto-reconnect, localStorage persistence. Types: contribution_received, payout_distributed, dispute_raised, member_joined, round_started. Closes #51
