Summary
Keep the centered welcome screen visible before the first transcript block, regardless of the agent-roster toggle state. Suppress the roster layout until a transcript exists.
Motivation
A new session cannot have subagents yet, so showing the roster at startup replaces the welcome screen with an empty full-screen panel.
