Summary
Record structured top-level or subagent origin metadata in each new session's initial transcript, then omit subagent-origin sessions from the shared durable session catalog used by CLI, TUI, and ACP clients.
Impact
New subagent sessions no longer appear in session discovery, including the macOS app. They remain resumable by a known ID. Existing sessions without structured origin metadata remain visible.
Technical details
Durable structured origin
The origin uses the existing transcript item metadata map rather than prompt-text heuristics or a new transcript record shape. Catalog detection checks both current and historical replacement states so compaction does not make a subagent session discoverable again.
