Summary

  • Resolve Speakeasy add-server path deterministically: tenanted remotes or guide-level speakeasy_add_server: custom-remote force Custom remote; otherwise Pulse present → catalog, absent → remote, ambiguous/skipped → dual.
  • Add schema fields remotes[].tenanted and speakeasy_add_server; Salesforce uses custom-remote, Intercom keeps regional tenanted: true.
  • Extend doctrine/speakeasy-setup.md with an OAuth DCR credential variant; re-draft Intercom (converged) and Salesforce to match.
  • Normalize dual-conditional Add Source wording on Asana / GitHub / GCE / X toward the skeleton; pipeline logs meta-read failures and preserves research lock notes.

Test plan

  • cd pipeline && npm run typecheck
  • npm run lint-guide -- ../guides/intercom ../guides/salesforce
  • Confirm Intercom speakeasy.md is Custom remote + DCR (no catalog branch)
  • Confirm Salesforce meta.yaml has speakeasy_add_server: custom-remote and no tenanted flags
  • Spot-check Pulse path notes: tenanted / custom-remote override ignore Pulse present

Tenanted remotes and guide-level speakeasy_add_server force Custom remote
when catalog use is wrong; add a DCR credential skeleton and re-draft
Intercom/Salesforce to match.
