The readme recommends using -a to disable incremental builds because of #34. However, it seems like that issue has since been reported to be fixed, both by the comments in the issue and this later PR which always copies static assets. I can PR the readme, but wanted someone with more knowledge to weigh in whether said PR does indeed fix this issue.
