Make the work from modelcontextprotocol/java-sdk#388 available in Spring Boot auto-configuration.

This will allow easier customizations of MCP client HTTP requests.

@quaff I have introduced a delegating customizer in modelcontextprotocol/java-sdk#453 . Let's see if that goes through.
