Ok, why are we adding it here? You can add it in SKC repo, unless there is going to be a job which is run in config-project context that will use that secret.
But I think we agreed to use the post-review pipeline in SKC for that - have we changed the approach?

That's just me not understanding how Zuul works. I assumed I had to add it here.
