This PR fixes a tiny mistake in the PACC description where the URL was described as
https://example.com/.well-known/user-agent-configurationwhereas the correct URL served by Stalwart ishttps://example.com/.well-known/user-agent-configuration.json. See also https://github.com/stalwartlabs/stalwart/blob/ea32e5b9c305d1c0ac2df5ab8fefb5c60e0a9081/crates/http/src/request.rs#L308
