it's 30 but for some chains shoots out to 600
appears to fit decently with a skew normal
still the regression of sigma is not gamma, but exponential log(sigma) ~ normal(c+ a * x, theta); sigma ~ lognormal(c+ a * x, theta);
applied exp linear with success!
the MPI works but is incredibly slow
Still it is not effective on T-cells I am investigating the reason
