Calorimetry tools

The Python IMPC Apache/Solr API [1] is used to build calorimetry data sets from raw data and metadata retrieved from the IMPC database [2]. For tutorials [3] and documentation see [4].

Note: Status badges may fail solely because insufficient budget for GHA in my personal account.
