added the webserial extension link thats allow esc-configurator to work perfectly on the only not chomium based browser (firefox)

Thank you! I think it's very cool that someone went ahead and provided this functionality for Firefox. But I am very hesitant to link people to a third party script that enables this functionality in a browser that notoriously does not want to provide this functionality themselves. If it was just an Add-on, I guess I'd be less hesitant, but having to execute a script makes me very nervous. Also this does not seem like a cross platform solution... |

added the webserial extension link thats allow esc-configurator to work perfectly on the only not chomium based browser (firefox). I tested it on a fresh ubuntu install and it worked perfectly with esc configurator.
