Oz profile for Chromium + Privoxy

I'd like to contribute the Oz profile for chromium working with Privoxy that I used on my desktop. Hope it is useful.

Hi! Thanks so much for the PR, this is great. I just have one question: is this meant to be a clearnet proxy, or work with Tor, with Privoxy running outside of the sandbox? I see a proxy port exposed in the sandbox, but it also remains a clearnet profile. If you're using Chromium over Tor with Privoxy, I'd recommend removing the clearnet bridge to prevent unexpected leaks.

Hi! Happy if I can contribute more.
This is options run Chromium with just Privoxy without Tor. Maybe just purpose prevent ads or customize something.
As you said, it meant to be a clearnet proxy with Privoxy running outside of the sandbox.
Should we update filename to chromium-privoxy-{clearnet,without-tor}.json =D or anything?

In my case, connect via Tor is slowly, so I just use TorBrowser when I actually need that. I usually using firefox/chromium with Privoxy (clearnet proxy)
