feat: add DigitalOcean getdatabase and getClusterConfiguration components

This expands the DigitalOcean integration by adding the following components:

• digitalocean.GetDatabase
• digitalocean.GetDatabaseConfiguration

Overview
Adds two new DigitalOcean workflow components: digitalocean.getDatabase (fetch a specific DB and enrich with cluster details/connection info) and digitalocean.getClusterConfiguration (fetch the active cluster config), including emitted event types and example outputs.

Extends the DigitalOcean integration client and resource pickers to support managed database clusters/databases (/v2/databases, /dbs, /config), plus new metadata resolution/validation to display friendly cluster/database names and avoid stale caching when switching clusters.

Updates docs and the Workflow V2 UI mappers/types so executions render metadata and key configuration/connection details for the new components.
