This adds a helpful script to run data mixing ablations, that allows the user to more easily call the
create_data_mixture.pyscript.We can also not merge this (since it's hardcoded to our data), but Vinko also needed something like this. If n>1 people benefit, it might be helpful to have this in the shared repo.
