Some fields in CATS structures are conditional and this info was not being shown in the serialization tables. This updates the table generation tool.
Also, highlight deprecated structures. Also, correct link to catbuffer source in serialization page intro.
Use structs from latest CATS file, including: - Versioned structure names - Removal of inline-only struct
