Switch from a time based system where we expected to see a reading roughly every 5 minutes to a system where we just render everything that is within the selected time window.

I unfortunately have it on good authority that the API this Libre integration uses is going to be shut down in the next 12 months. Abbot is reportedly working on a new API. As such I will leave this PR open, but not update it until I hear more. |

WIP but functional Libre LinkUp support.
