looks like we’d need to hoist just the sidebar to
wrapPageElement, whilst all other layout material stays put. tricker than expected.this provides some guidance but doesn’t involve any data from queries.
also, table of contents relies on
tableOfContentsdata from non-static query, that’s why we can’t use static and bring entire layout to thewrapPageElement
