Change llms txt files to folllow semi-standards more closely

I did a tiny bit of research on this for work and it seems like what we had was fairly unique. I tried to make it more similar to llmstxt.org and other examples i found. Since the diff looks a bit weird, the main changes are:

• renamed llms.loc.txt to llms.txt
• renamed llms.txt to llms-full.txt
• removed the slug based txt for now
• remove ToC from llms-full.txt
• removed indentation from ToC in llms.txt
• The ToC will now include the frontmatter description of each page

Header levels are still pretty messed up but virtually every llms-full.txt file on the internet that's not hand-written has that issue.
