I did a tiny bit of research on this for work and it seems like what we had was fairly unique. I tried to make it more similar to llmstxt.org and other examples i found. Since the diff looks a bit weird, the main changes are:
Header levels are still pretty messed up but virtually every llms-full.txt file on the internet that's not hand-written has that issue.
