Replaces deprecated tctl commands with Temporal CLI equivalents across comments, docs, and test instructions.

• Docs/Comments:
  • Update CLI guidance in internal/client.go (RetryPolicy comment) to temporal workflow describe.
  • Refresh Query API examples in workflow/doc.go to use Temporal CLI (temporal workflow stack/query) and adjust wording (CLI capitalization).
• Tests (comments only):
  • In test/replaytests/replay_test.go, replace history export examples with temporal workflow show --output json > ....
