Bug Reporting & Feedback System Update

We've replaced Zendesk with Monday.com for reporting bugs and providing feedback. This change improves tracking, organization, and response times.

Fixes & Changes

• Removed Zendesk integration and replaced it with Monday.com.
• Updated feedback form fields to match Monday.com's workflow.

New Form Structure in Monday.com

• Removed:
  • "Your Name" (optional)
  • "How can we help you?"
• Added:
  • "Name"
• Updated:
  • "Description" replaces the "how can we help you?" field.
  • "Email Address" field is now required.
  • "Priority" is now a radio button instead of a dropdown.
