@barryvdh keen for some feedback on this one, as I feel like it's blocking for evaluating any other PRs if we can't run the CI process and see where we're at with the unit tests. |

CI was failing on #275 due to higher versions of PHP using newer versions of PHPUnit, which has a different XML configuration file format. This should fix just the CI runner process to allow for that.
