Selrecord Selwakeup

I have spent some time discussing the complete removal of selrecord() and selwakeup() with Aggelos Economopoulos. It looks to be a fairly intrusive undertaking but may be worth doing. It’s replacement would likely be some sort of lwp_ref’erence, which would be lighter weight than what exists currently. More to come here.

After getting much deeper into the project, it is apparent that selrecord and selwakeup simply aren’t needed in any form at all, and can be entirely replaced with the kevent subsystem. As of 7/13 selrecord has been removed from the kernel completely and progress is underway to convert selwakeup usage to KNOTE’s.
