The features can also be computed using MICE Toolkit, a software for medical image analysis that uses visual programming to quickly design and analyse complex image analysis workflows. Tools and filters from ITK, VTK, and Elastix allow for easy segmentation, registration and visualization without any programming or compiling. Download from https://www.micetoolkit.com/.
