This is the preview release for the tool-specs.

Tool specification are a standardization for running docker container. By complying to a specific input and output structure for data, a JSON-based format for parameterizations and a definition and description file in YAML for the tool itself, the interoperability of data processing tools should be increased.

This release is a preview to test a few already existing frameworks for running and templates for implementing.
