Trouble building with typst 0.13.

I'm having trouble building this template. Is it still up to date?

For example, I'm getting

RuntimeError: error: only element functions can be used as selectors

  │                                 ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Updating the several included libraries runs into even more problems. This is on typst 0.13.
