Deploy workflow testing

Testing the deploy workflow, for instance :

gh workflow run deploy.yml -R trezor/blockbook --ref feature-branch -f coins="bcash,ethereum_archive,base_archive,bsc_archive"

will deploy all named blockbooks from a feature-branch and e2e test them when they are synced

gh workflow run deploy.yml -R trezor/blockbook --ref feature-branch -f coins="ALL"

Does it will all existing blockbooks. Existing means they need to have BB_RUNNER_coin_alias env var exported
