Description
Closes #51.
Made
BlockHeader.AdaptiveIssuanceVoteoptional. This field is removed from block headers in v024. Leaving it as is would lead to an empty FeatureVote value in BlockHeader instances for v024 blocks, which is not ideal. This field is therefore changed to a pointer field.Note: the other two fields mentioned in #51 were never implemented.
Testing
Added a unit test.
