Closes #45.
Added new fields
BakingBonusPerBlockandAttestingRewardPerBlockto supportbaking_reward_bonus_per_blockandattesting_reward_per_blockand renamed fieldsBakingBonusandAttestingRewardfor clarity. All 4 fields are now optional.Also fixed
GetIssuancewhich never worked.Testing
Added unit tests.
