It seems to read as though that is backwards. @pbadenski could you either clarify here or clarify the variable name(s)?

Thanks for the request! There's just a couple things that need clarifying there and I'll be sure to merge it in. I'd like to get a few more bug fixes (maybe features?) in before another release, but that could change. |

Made it possible for a user to verify whether a character for quoting strings is consistent across whole project, ie. either single or double quotes are used.
