This PR does two things:
evalinstead ofconst_getfor formatters lookup.After setting the RSpec version, I noticed that some formatter tests were failing because the
const_getcall was finding theTextmodule instead of theTailor::Formatters:Textclass.Textappears to be from another gem and is used here.
