- Adds spacers to root as CSS variables
- Modifies card CSS to use CSS spacer vars instead of the Sass variable
- Update a bunch of broken card demos
- Replace a bunch of text-body-secondary instances to fg-2

Great refactor! Moving spacers to CSS variables improves flexibility and consistency across components.
Nice cleanup of card styles and demo fixes 👍
