update maintainer email

Updating maintainer with SBP email address.

Confused on versioning:

• CRAN = 7.1.2 (https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/BoutrosLab.plotting.general/index.html)
• on main branch - DESCRIPTION = 7.1.4 (https://github.com/uclahs-cds/package-BoutrosLab-plotting-general/blob/main/DESCRIPTION)
• release page = 7.1.0 (https://github.com/uclahs-cds/package-BoutrosLab-plotting-general/releases)

Shall I bump everything to 7.1.5 following merging of this PR and upload/acceptance on CRAN?
