Draft for the SAP Community blog covering the modernized release flow, the new ~/.easyui5rc.json config home, the branded banner and tagged logger, the v4-v8 yeoman-generator test matrix, and the 3.10.1 fixes (--prefer-offline removal and list -> select prompt migration). Calls out the mandatory adoptions: migrate easy-ui5_* keys out of ~/.npmrc, bump Node.js to >=20.19, run npm run embed locally before publishing, and include a changeset on every functional PR.
