Some table changes were missing because we were listening/filtering the actions when running cdc tables.
This evolution requires the support of multiple smart-contracts simultaneously and not only the targeted smart-contract.
To prevent too much modifications in the behavior the filter was only modified for the cdc tables and not the cdc actions.
