Close universal-ctags#3169. Some(?) dialects support shell-like variable substitution. HiveQL is one of such dialects. https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/Hive/LanguageManual+VariableSubstitution With this change, the SQL parser accepts '${var}' as a part of an identifier.
