Replaces the machine-local litellm-clj checkout reference so downstream git consumers (denote-mono release CI) can resolve DSCloj hermetically. v0.4.170 carries the direct provider support the local checkout was standing in for.

DSCloj test suite passes with the pin (26 tests, 143 assertions, 0 failures).
denote-mono already pins this commit by sha, so merging is not release-blocking — it just brings main up to date.
