updated navbar according to new figma design
(removed navlinks on mobile so they only show up on the sidebar as it seemed redundant)
issue: rendering of menu icon twice (once in navbar and once in sidebar) because navbar is not fixed to top of page
to be done: login button to be changed to icon? (confirm with design team)
