• Will look for the environment variable, REACT_APP_REPORT_URL, for the URL for the report data, default to fetching data from "https://aidbox.hpai.doh.dev.cirg.uw.edu/$query/aidboxquery_hpai_qr_report"

Thanks @achen2401 ! A couple things:

• The questionnaire has 3 free text questions that are missing from this report.
• I think the red color is good for 'Yes' responses, but I think the green for 'No' is a bit distracting - I'd go with default/black.

Otherwise, I think this suffices to progress design convos with Bill.
