feat(isMobilePhone): add support for Cambodia (km-KH)
This PR adds validation support for Cambodian phone numbers (km-KH) in isMobilePhone.
The regex ensures proper matching for Cambodian numbers starting with +855 or 855 followed by 8–9 digits (not starting with 0).
Added
New regex for Cambodia: 'km-KH': /^(+?855)([1-9]\d{7,8})$/,
Unit tests for valid and invalid Cambodian phone numbers.
