The previous text told readers to "use the Hindsight retain tool" which only exists in MCP mode. The hook-based plugin retains automatically at session end with no explicit tool calls. Added note that MCP OAuth (with explicit retain/recall tools) is a Hindsight Cloud feature, not available in the open-source self-hosted deployment.
