Fixes #1.

  • Disables the -W flags on the bison generated files which cause warnings on newer versions of GCC / clang.
  • Add very simple Travis build.

@kmurray If this makes sense, I will also send the same type of pull request for libsdfparse and libblifparse libraries too.

@mithro, @kmurray : sorry, wasn't watching for PRs on this repo. Is the -W on bison generated still needed or has that been dealt with elsewhere?
