Pull Request Overview
This PR updates the markdown formatting in the C# Sources.md file by changing a heading level from level 3 to level 2.
- Changed "### Blogs" to "## Blogs" to adjust the heading hierarchy

The name 'Scott Hansalman' appears to be misspelled. It should be 'Scott Hanselman' based on the URL reference to hanselman.com.
