Allows for uploading segmentation geojson files grouped by frame rather than by cell
Before:
Only geojson files that describe one cell per file allowed
After:
Both one-cell-per-file and multi-cells-per-file (one frame per file) geojson files allowed.
Which format is what you specify in SegmentationGroupingOptions = 'CellFiles' | 'FrameFiles';
