Requirement

• Python 3.6 or 3.7
• git

Install from terminal

git clone https://github.com/vlollier/oligator oligator

Run

Linux

cd oligator
chmod u+x start.sh 
./start.sh

Windows

startwin.cmd

Help to start

A user manual is available as user_manual.pdf file. Some notations in WURCS and SMILES formats are given in the sample directory as examples of structure.
