When #437 was merged, the CI configuration did not run tests against Amazon Linux 2023.

Modulesync update in #431 is finally ready, but the updated test harness run CI on Amazon Linux 2023, and shows that the puppetlab-epel module we depend on to run the tests does not support this distro yet.

In order to move on, because the module seems to not be functionnal on this OS now, and as there has been no release of the module yet, my propolal is to:

  1. Revert Add support for Amazon Linux #437 (this PR) to have a working CI again;
  2. Mark Add support for Amazon Linux #437 as skip-changelog just like this PR so that they do not appear in next releases;
  3. Open a PR against puppetlab-epel to add support for Amazon Linux 2023;
  4. Open a new PR against this repo to add support for Amazon Linux again but with working tests this time.

I attempted to add Amazon Linux support to puppet epel but I think we need puppet_metadata support too
