Adds Manzanita under Deployment / Distribution (inserted alphabetically).
Manzanita provides flat-rate Apple Silicon (M4 Pro) runners for macOS and iOS CI on GitHub Actions: a fresh macOS VM with Xcode preinstalled for every job, migrated with a one-line
runs-onchange. It fills the macOS/iOS runner-infrastructure slot alongside the hosted CI services already listed (Bitrise, Codemagic, Semaphore). Happy to adjust the description if you'd prefer a tighter scope.
