This pull request includes an update to the src/guide/extras/ways-of-using-vue.md file to expand the options for building desktop applications with Vue.

Enhancements to documentation:

Adding a great alternative to desktop apps called Wails.io.
Wails.io is a Golang desktop framework, which can utilize Vue as client-side code to build desktop apps.
