The W3C API and history pages do report the specs as having been retired, but that looks surprising to me. The list of newly discontinued specs includes CSS Speech, Graphics Accessibility API Mappings, High Resolution Time, Server Timing. Have they really been retired?

The discontinued problem was a bug in the W3C data. Now fixed.
