1) add export class Cue; 2) add sortByTime in constructor of class WebVTTParser to enable/disable sorting cues by time

What's changed:
Moved parser.js to parser.mjs
functions now is classes
All cues is instances of class Cue
changed import of parser.js in parser.html to type=module
changed Readme
test/parser.js moved to test/parser.mjs whis uses imports
All test is successfull (70 of 70)
