- All components rebuilt using Material UI for continuity between components.
- Login and Sign Up functionality added, with fetch request to server
- New Post functionality added including fetch request to server with postId response

-Update paths to redesigned components -Add routing for new post
-Add link stylesheet to index.html -Define width of root element
-Sign In, Sign Up, Profile, Navigation, Feed, and New Post componenets -Use Material UI prebuilt components for effiency and consistancy
-To Fix Content Placement while using a fixed AppBar
-This fixes the source map error, per Material UI Docs
-This is needed to work with React Router NavLinks
